To the Students at Sophia University, Sophia University Junior College Division and Sophia School of Social Welfare,

For those students having difficulty for printing the materials required by online classes at home, Sophia School Corporation will support by the network print service offered at various convenience stores made available at free of charge.

Using application provided, the network print service lets you upload files via the internet in advance for printing at multi-function copiers at the convenience stores. An account will be issued by Sophia School Corporation and the incurring cost will be covered.

1. Service available for:

All students of Sophia University (Undergraduate / Graduate School), Sophia University Junior College Division and Sophia School of Social Welfare who have trouble printing for online class purposes at home.
Faculty and staff members are not eligible.

2. Locations:

The service is available at those convenience stores. Please select A or B at your convenience.
  A: LAWSON, Family Mart, Seicomart, SAVE ON
  B: Seven-Eleven

3. Period of the offering:

From Friday, June 26, 2020 to the end of the Spring Semester of 2020 (September 20) as currently planned.

• This period may be extended or reduced based on our status being updated by COVID-19 situation as to campus entrance restrictions and implementation of classes.
• “B” Seven-Eleven service is scheduled to start on Monday, July 6 for a technical issue.

4. Terms of the service:

• Limited to printing for academic purposes
• Available up to 700 pages
• Print format is limited to black and white, in A4 size
  ∗ At some locations, color printing may be available, but please refrain from using.

5. Registration:

Processing of the application starts from Wednesday, June 24, 2020.

• Please visit Loyola “Questionnaires / Application” − “General Questionnaires / Application” for completing the application.
  As for students of Sophia Social Welfare please visit the office of business affaires to submit the application.
• It will take about 2 days from your registration for the account to become activated (as for registrations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the account will be activated on following weekdays). Depending on numbers of incoming registrations, it may take extra time for issuing of an account.
• For “B” Seven-Eleven, the account will be issued from Monday, July 6.
