Research on Innovation in Teaching and Staff Collaboration

Sophia University conducts research on innovation through collaboration between faculty and staff in order to achieve a “knowledge-based model of independence, collaboration, and creativity” and to further develop Sophia University as a “world-class university”.

The collaboration between faculty and staff, or staff working together beyond the framework of their departments, to conduct feasible research and policy proposals for reforming the university’s education and research systems is also a development of the university’s overall organizational networking capabilities, contributing to the improvement of organizational strength.
