On July 6, a special symposium “Approaching Mystery of Father Giovanni Battista Sidoti” was held at the Yotsuya campus, No.10 BLDG auditorium cohosted by Bunkyo Educational Related Group as in 2014, a grave of Father Sidoti was found at Remains of Kirishitan Yashiki in Bunkyo ward. The event was to commemorate the publication of a translation of Father Sidoti biography moderated by our Professor Emeritus Koso Toshiaki who supervised the translation of the book.
