SOPHIA magazine is an English-language magazine published twice a year that showcases the many facets of Sophia University for international audiences.

The latest issue (Vol.22) is now available online.

This issue features a lead article highlighting the activities of the Sophia University Institute of Grief Care.

It also includes an interview with Kikuo Ibe, a graduate of the Faculty of Science and Technology and the creator and lead developer of G-SHOCK, the globally renowned watch brand born in Japan.

In addition, the issue features a conversation between a young researcher from India participating in the Japan-India LOTUS Programme and her Sophia faculty advisor. Readers will also find stories on several of the university’s distinctive research initiatives and a student-led extracurricular organization that provides support for siblings of children with special needs.
