Campus Entry Procedures will be changing from March 26 in preparation for the new school year.

Yotsuya Campus

[Until Thursday, March 25]

Please use the campus entry reservation system.
Students must enter from the Main Gate.

[From Friday, March 26]

∗ Please note the campus restricted entry dates below.

You do not need to make a reservation to enter the campus.
Students must enter/leave through the North Gate.
Thermographic cameras will be set up at the North Gate to check your temperature. If you are determined to have a body temperature of 37.5°C or higher, you will be unable to enter the campus.
When the North Gate is closed, please enter from the Main Gate. You will have to show your Student ID and have your temperature taken.

Note:
Due to university events on campus on the following days, campus entry will be restricted as follows:
Friday, March 26, 2021 : Graduation Ceremony (Graduating Students Only)
Thursday, April 1, 2021 : Entrance Ceremony (Freshmen and Helpers Only)

Gate opening times from March 26

North Gate	Weekdays & Saturdays 8:00-19:30
North Gate	Sundays & Holidays 9:00-18:00
Main Gate	Small Gate open 24 hours
Building #13 side entrance	Unavailable to students

Mejiro Seibo Campus

A thermographic camera will be set up to check your temperature. If you are determined to have a body temperature of 37.5°C, you will be unable to enter the campus.
Please follow the instructions from your department.
While on campus, follow the rules in the manual for prevention of infection that will be handed out by the department.
