Ending of Sophia University Extension Programs (Sophia Community College)


We unfortunately announce that our extension programs (Sophia Community College), which have received your patronage for a long time, will close at the end of academic year 2019.

As the society is changing drastically, the role of universities and the style of adult learning are also changing rapidly. After a series of deliberate discussions, we came to the conclusion that we will close Sophia Community College after the end of the autumn courses for academic year 2019.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the students of our extension programs and many others for their kind cooperation in the operation of the programs.
