This questionnaire survey is conducted for the purpose of measuring the educational achievements at Sophia University based on students’ self-evaluation of their student life.

We ask our students for their cooperation in answering the questionnaire, our goal is to reflect survey results to the university education you receive.

As a token of our appreciation for your cooperation, thirty randomly selected respondents (ten for freshman / twenty for junior and senior) will receive a Quo card (3,000 yen).
