An outline is provided below for your reference. Details will be announced once decided.

1. Graduation Ceremony for Undergraduate Faculties
Date: Tuesday, March 24, 2020
Time: Doors open at 9:30 a.m. / Ceremony begins at 10:15 a.m./ Concludes at around 11:30 a.m.
*For all faculties
Venue: Tokyo International Forum Hall A

<Important notice>
・Each graduate may bring only one guest due to limited number of seats at Hall A, Tokyo International Forum.
・All seats for both graduates and their parents/guarantees are reserved. Graduates and parents/guarantees will
be guided to the separate seating area. (Please note that you may not be seated side-by-side with your
accompanying students due to seats assignment.)
・There may not be enough seats at Hall A for all the ticket-holding guests due to number of graduates.
In that case, some of the guests will be guided to other halls where they may watch the ceremony’s live footage.

Date: Tuesday, March 24, 2020
Time: Doors open at 12:30 p.m./ Ceremony begins at 1:00 p.m./ Concludes at around 2:15 p.m.
Venue: Classroom 6-101(Hall), Building No. 6, Yotsuya Campus
