Sophia University has decided to offer the 3rd workplace vaccination at Yotsuya Campus to students, faculty and staff who wish to be vaccinated.

Through workplace vaccination, we aim to protect the safety of our students, faculty and staff members and to keep a safe and reassuring environment for conducting in-person classes and research activities on campus.

1. Workplace vaccination period (tentative)
Tuesday, March 29 and Wednesday, March 30
Thursday, April 28 and Friday, April 29
Monday, May 16 and Tuesday, May 17【Updated on March 10】


2. Venue
Sophia University Yotsuya Campus

3. Scope of vaccination
Students, faculty and staff members of Sophia University, Sophia University Junior College Division, and Sophia School of Social Welfare who have passed a predetermined interval since the 2nd dose and opt to be vaccinated.

* As a general rule, students, faculty and staff members who are enrolled / employed as of the date of vaccination are eligible.

4. Type of vaccine
Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (manufactured by Takeda/Moderna)

5. Others
Details on application process etc. will be posted on Loyola and on the intranet bulletin board for faculty and staff.
