This course is offered under the auspice of Clifford Chance, the largest law firm in the world. The course covers key areas of English business laws and the law and practice of international business transactions. Students who expect to work in international business field should take this course. Students are expected to participate actively. Most of class is made conducted in English and course materials are in English.
