Research/Study Skills

| ○講義概要 |
In this course, students will improve their English skills by researching and presenting on topics of personal interest. Students will be expected to use primary sources (e.g., interviews, surveys) as well as secondary sources (e.g., internet, journals, articles) in their research. In the first semester, students will work in small groups; in the second semester, students will present individually or in pairs.

出席状況、授業参画、リアクションペーパー、レポート、後期学期末試験(授業期間中)、中間試験
Students will be evaluated on the quality of research, cooperation with group members and presentation skills as well as a mid term and final exam. Active participation and excellent attendance are required in this course.
