○講義概要
The purpose of this class is to give you the opportunity to improve and develop not only your oral/aural skills for communicating effectively in English, but also research skills. Therefore, this course will consist of two components. First, there will be discussions/debates to improve your fluency in speaking and listening. Second, you will be expected to read newspaper articles and academic papers (mostly provided by the teacher). Attendance is essential. Less than 85% attendance will result in failure regardless of the reason for the absence. Marks will be deducted for absences that are not accompanied by a doctor's note.

出席状況(10%)、授業参画(10%)、リアクションペーパー(50%)、前期学期末試験(授業期間中)(15%)、後期学期末試験(授業期間中)(15%)
