| ○講義概要 |
This course will emphasize the interrelation of reading, critical thinking, and advanced discussion skills. The focus of this course will be on topics in intercultural communication and issues of cultural identity. There will be weekly reading assignments and students are expected to come to class fully prepared to actively participate in group discussions. Students enrolling in this course must be willing to speak only English in class and should be confident of their ability to do advanced level work.

| ○評価方法 |
Evaluation will be based on regular attendance, active class participation, homework assignments, written papers, and a final research project. There will be no formal examination.
