○講義概要 |
The Kabuki theater and Bunraku puppet theater were both developed during the Edo period and are famous around the world as sophisticated and entertaining forms of theater. This course will examine the history of these two genres by focusing on a number of plays in detail, comparing them with the classical Noh theater and watching videos of stage performances.
