The course covers key aspects of Japanese business: (1) Japan's industrial society, social and industrial dynamics; (2) business law and government relations; (3) industrial structure and small/medium enterprises, the subcontracting system; (4) corporate organization and management structure, the decision making process; (5) human resource development and labor organization; (6) marketing and advertising; (7) inward and outward foreign direct investment.
