○講義概要

This course aims to brush up and improve students' general English competence in 'four skills' - listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The main focus will be on the skill of reading because it can provide a basis for the other skills. In this course students will first learn basic strategies to read English effectively. Then they will extend their learning to the other skills: 'speaking' (e.g. in pairs/groups), writing (at a basic level), and 'listening' (e.g. utilizing recent English news programs etc.)

出席状況(10%)、授業参画(10%)、前期学期末試験(授業期間中)(30%)、後期学期末試験(授業期間中)(30%)、小テスト等(20%)
