| ○講義概要 |
| Advanced English II is designed to guide you through the process of writing a college level research paper. You will be asked to select and write a paper on a topic that interests you. We will spend time becoming familiar with the essential tools necessary for writing a good research paper: Research Sources, Analysis, Synthesis, Argumentation, Methodology, Structure and Format. Students will be expected to read, pose questions, and make suggestions on classmates’ drafts; therefore attendance is crucial to the success of this class. Class presentations of your research will be the focus of 2nd semester. Response to the work of others will be welcomed in a classroom environment that encourages students to speak freely, although respectfully, without the fear of personal attack or harassment. |
