| ○講義概要 |
This level is for students who are able to understand English spoken slowly, ask and understand simple questions, talk about themselves and their daily lives in simple sentences, and are able to read and write about these topics in simple sentences. The purpose of the course is to raise the students' level so that they will be able to understand and speak English in some social situations such as at a restaurant, post office, travel agency, etc., as well as at informal parties. It will also raise the students' reading and writing ability so that they will be able to read and understand a variety of texts and write briefly on a variety of topics beyond those related directly with their daily lives. The classes will all be conducted in English.
This is an integrated skills course in English that will cover pronunciation, speaking, listening, grammar, writing, reading and vocabulary. The primary focus of this course is to improve the basic language skills of the students through a progressive curriculum of specially-designed exercises and material.
A course syllabus will be provided and the 85% attendance policy will be followed in this course.
