Professor Ogata, Faculty of Foreign Studies (January, 1989)
Already a year has passed since the death of Dr. Ogata, , Emeritus Professor of our university, who held numerous important posts at home and overseas, including United Nations High Commissioners for Refugees. She joined the Faculty of Foreign Studies as Professor in April 1980, and even after she left the university in 1991, she continued to pass on valuable messages to our students on several occasions.
This exhibition from the Sophia Archives, presents her photos and videos that include her real voice. We hope that her messages will reach many of you once again.
