| ○講義概要 |
Students will develop writing skills so that they can communicate their feelings, observations and opinions successfully. Students will spend time thinking about what to write, and how to write it, before actually writing. Students will then write essays and paragraphs based on models supplied in the text book. Students will study co-operatively, and read and comment on each other's writing. Some essays will be projected on a screen for all to read. At the end of the year, students may be asked to write a short speech. Students are expected to spend an hour a week writing at home.

Text book will be announced at the beginning of term, after a short test to discover the skill level of the class

| 1 | Topics correspond with components of chosen text book. Progress depends on mastery of the units and completion of necesary tasks. |
