経済発展と公平の問題を扱う。ケーススタディとしては、ラテン・アメリカとインドケララ州の差異を検討する。

出席状況(15%)、授業参画(15%)、レポート(20%)、前期学期末試験(授業期間中)(25%)、後期学期末試験(授業期間中)(25%)
