○講義概要
The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to marketing as an organizational function and a set of processes for creating, communicating, and delivering value to customers and for managing customer relationships in ways that benefit the organization and its stakeholders. The course focuses on the marketing environment, the structure of the market and the marketing mix management: products and services, pricing, distribution and promotion. The materials presented in class and the references will cover and illustrate the major responsibilities and decisions taken by marketing managers.
