○講義概要 |
Basic theories and principles of management for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling will be introduced with constant reference to their practical application to real business situations in Japan and elsewhere. Class will be devided into sub-groups for project assignments. Schedules permitted, managers from leading financial institution, professional firm, trading company, and manufacturing/retailing company will be invited as guest speakers to talk about their work as managers in highly competitive international operations.
