◆CURRENT ISSUES IN ECONOMICS　－　（前）

○講義概要
This class will introduce some important current issues in world development. I shall survey the types of structural and policy changes that necessarily accompany successful growth. I shall contrast the features of successful and less successful countries, drawn mainly from my experience in Latin America and South-east Asia. But I shall also touch on the Great Depression of the inter-war period, and on Britain's economic relations with Europe today.
