○講義概要 |
A survey course of the political, social, economic and cultural dimensions of modern Japanese history. Class consists of lectures, class discussions, student analyses of primary sources, papers and exams. As a final oral history project each student is asked to interview a person who experienced World War II and/or the US Occupation.
