| ○講義概要 |
In this course the student will be introduced to the philosophy and outlook of some of the most well known and influential Thinkers of 19th and 20th century India. The teachings of Gandhi, Tagore, Annie Besent, Subhas Chandra Bose, Ramakrishna, Vivekananda, Muhammed Iqbal, and many others will be dealt with. Emphasis will be laid on their relevance in the Modern World.

The grades will be decided on the basis of several factors such as the student's attendance at lectures, participation, and also the results of the examination that will be held at the end of the course.
