| ○講義概要 |
This class will focus on academic writing. Over course of the year, you will produce summaries, outlines, free-writes, academic essays, peer reviews, and reports. Other important skills you will develop include: understanding and avoiding plagiarism, using the MLA style, formatting an academic paper, and other conventions in writing about literature.

| ○評価方法 |
Attendance is mandatory. Evaluation will be based on active participation, in-class writing, homework, and a final project.
