（Students for extended registration） ─ 273 ─3) Item 6 of the Notes on Registration will read, as follows: “The student must take the Research Guidance course in the Spring and Autumn semesters of the first year and obtain a passing grade each.” In addition to the above, the following procedures also apply: 1) In case the student on the extended registration wishes to shorten the period of extended registration, the student must submit a request to change the period of registration (using the format provided) to the Director of the Graduate Program in International Cooperation Studies (the Program Office). The change can be accepted only once. Note: The format is available from the Program Office.
