Notes for Registration 1) The student must take 2 credits from the Compulsory Elective Courses (Overseas Studies Programs-Group B) and 28 credits from the Elective Courses (Foundational Courses-Group A), the Specialized Courses (Advanced Courses-Group C), the Specialized Courses (Advanced Practical Courses-Group D), and the Specialized Courses (Associated Courses-Group E). Please note that the student can take more than 1 Compulsory Elective Courses but only 1 course with 2 credits will count for completing the requirements for graduation. Please consult "2. Structure of Courses and Credits" for details. 2) The Overseas Studies Programs are registered separately from the regular courses (after the regular registration period). Information on application for these courses will be provided in Loyola. 3) Cross-Disciplinary Research Methods: Principles and skills (offered by the Gradual Program in Psychology, Graduate School of Human Sciences, Autumn Semester, Friday, 5th period, 2 credits) This course is cross-disciplinary and offered since 2022. The credits earned from this course will be counted for the credits needed for graduation in the Graduate Program in International Cooperation Studies. The course accepts only 30 students. If the number of applicants exceeds the ceiling, there will be lottery. Please consult the 2023 Curriculum Guide (p.32) for details on the period of entry into the lottery and its method, as well as how to register for the course on a first-come basis after the lottery entry period. No students will be allowed to attend the course without registration. の場合も、学事センターへ申請が提出された後、本専攻にて審議し、認定の可否を判断する。単位数は、本学の基準により計算する。認定・換算できる総単位数は10単位を上限とする。 11)その他、不明な点は、上智大学大学院学則、上智大学学位規程を熟読し、専攻事務室、指導教員、専攻主任などと相談すること。 （早期修了希望者） 上記のほか、以下のとおりの取り扱いとする。 1)上智大学大学院学則第21条第3項に規定する1年間の在学期間（早期修了）を希望する者は、指導教員の承認を得て、1年次4月第2月曜日までに、国際協力学専攻主任（国際協力学専攻事務室）に申し出ること。 同項に規定する「優れた業績を上げた者」とは、修了に必要な修得単位の成績評価のGPAが3.8以上であり、修士論文もしくはリサーチペーパーが、審査委員会によってB以上と評価された者とする。 2)早期修了の予定を取り消す者については、指導教員の承認を得て、1年次11月第1月曜日までに、「早期修了取消届出書」（＊所定用紙）を、国際協力学専攻主任（国際協力学専攻事務室）に届け出ること。その者の履修は、上記の標準修業年限（2年）修了予定者に準ずる。 ＊上記所定用紙は、国際協力学専攻攻事務室にて配付。 3)「履修上の注意」のうち6）については、以下のとおり読み替える。 「研究指導」を1年次春学期および秋学期に履修し、合格しなくてはならない。 上記のほか、以下のとおりの取り扱いとする。 1)長期履修学生が、履修期間の短縮を希望する場合は、1年次の2月第3月曜日までに「長期履修学生履修期間変更申請書」（＊所定用紙）を、国際協力学専攻主任（国際協力学専攻事務室）に届け出ること。その者の履修期間の変更は1回限りとする。 ＊上記所定用紙は、国際協力学専攻攻事務室にて配付。 （長期履修学生）
