人間の尊厳を基盤とし，科学の知，臨床の知，政策・運営の知にかかわる学際的教育・研究を行い，【Master’s Program】 ─ 108 ─理論と実践・臨床を両輪として社会に貢献しうる人材を育成する。前期課程では，実践・臨床の場で活躍できる高度専門職業人及びこれらの場を視野にいれた研究者の養成を目指し，後期課程では，実践・臨床的知見を踏まえ学問的に貢献しうる人材育成を目指す。 本課程では，教育学の領域における幅広い学識と基礎的研究スキルを身につけ，人間の尊厳を守りつつ，教育を通じて現代社会の課題解決に取り組むことができる人材の養成を目的として，学生が修了時に身につけるべき能力や知識を次のように定めています。修了要件を満たし論文審査に合格すれば，これらを身につけたものと認め，学位を授与します。 １．社会の様々な事象についての情報収集力 ２．柔軟で多角的な思考力・分析力 ３．他者への共感と多様な集団との協働によって生み出す創造力 ４．問題解決のための実行力 ５．研究を適切に実行し，その成果を学術論文としてまとめる力 １．総合人間科学研究科の教育研究上の目的及び人材養成の目的■■教育学専攻／Master’s and Doctoral Programs in Education 【博士前期課程】 Educational, Research, and Human Resource Development Objectives of the Graduate School of Human Sciences Our interdisciplinary education and research program is based on respect for human dignity. It involves scientific knowledge, clinical knowledge, and policy and management knowledge, and nurtures researchers and professionals who can contribute to society through both theoretical and practical/clinical work. In the Master’s program, we aim to nurture researchers and highly-skilled professionals who can play an active role in practical and clinical settings. In the Doctoral program, we aim to nurture advanced researchers who can make academic contributions based on practical and clinical knowledge. ２．各専攻のディプロマ・ポリシー■ Diploma Policy ■The M.
