At Sophia University, with a view to preventing the further spread of COVID-19 infections and securing the safety of our students, faculty and staff, which is our highest priority issue, we started all classes online on May 25. This has been a new challenge for the university. We would like to ask you to take the time to fill out the questionnaire below so that we may refer to the results in our future class operations.The deadline for completing this survey is 11:59pm, Sunday, July 5.

We will take sufficient measures against COVID-19 infections upon delivering classes in the fall semester. We understand that given concerns about a second wave of infections, by asking our students, faculty and staff to use public transportation to commute to university to deliver or take classes and by allowing a large number of people on campus, we would be exposing you to high risk of infection.

Under these circumstances, we are carefully considering how we will operate cases in the fall semester. As we would like to know your thoughts as well, please share your views in the box provided after the final question.

It should be noted that the questions below are not to be answered regarding a particular class but about online classes as a whole. Your answers will not be reflected in any way on your grades and will not be analyzed or reported in association with your personal information.
