講義概要 /Course description |
This course is designed for students with no or little background in Japanese, and aims at developing communication skills in Japanese, integrating four skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The emphasis is put on thorough mastery of basic functional grammar of Japanese through oral practice. We will cover Lesson 1 to 12 of Situational Functional Japanese (SFJ). By the end of this course, you are expected to handle various daily conversational situations, and read and write simple texts with hiragana and katakana as well as approximately 180 kanji (Chinese characters) for production and recognition. |
