講義概要
/Course description
To be successful in the global market, business leader needs to have effective strategic management in his/her corporation or business unit. Skills of strategic management are as important as industrial domain knowledge. In order to be competitive as a business leader, this course develops students’ capability in dealing with strategic management in a firm. It gives them basic knowledge of strategic management, and provides them with key concepts, theoretical and analytical frameworks of corporate strategy. Business cases are explained together with knowledge of strategy in the class. Students are requested to do a term project and present it at the end of semester.
