Are you planning a new career or trying to find a new job?
This course is targeting employees who are interested in actively managing and improving their careers. It supports participants in developing personal career goals (promotion, new job or entrepreneurship) and create a marketing plan to reach these goals. In the course we will assess personal abilities and skill, analyse current career situations. After this we will develop strategies and ideas to reach your career goals. The second part of the course focuses on personal brand development and improvement of presentation and promotion skills.

Course objectives will help participants to:
• Analyse their current career situation
• Create an effective career strategy and marketing plan
• Find out that they are a powerful brand
• Present and promote their ideas and goals
• Write and implement their personal Career Action Plan
