日本語講座のご案内 / Japanese Language Courses

この講座は、入門、および初級の日本語を学びたいと考えている方を対象としています。受講につきましては、本学ホームページで必要書類を入手のうえ、お申し込みください。
These language courses are designed for anyone wishing to learn Japanese (Introductory or Basic Level).

You can consult with the lecturer to select the appropriate level of class. *FREE; No registration required.

Application Period
#2401, 2402, 2403: August 29 - September 10, 2012
#2404: August 29 - November 13
#2405: August 29 - October 31
#2406: August 29 - November 9
* After the date, we accept application for the course entry if the space is available until October 26, 2012.
(2) Paying for the tuition fee: When your application is completely submitted, we will mail you a bank transfer form. Please pay the tuition fee by bank transfer by the due date.
Payment Deadline
#2401, 2402, 2403: 18 September, 2012
#2404: November 7
#2405: October 8
#2406: November 23
* About 1 week before the class starts, we will decide to cancel the class with insufficient enrollments. If we cancel the class, you will be eligible for a full refund.
The refund is only for tuition fee. Any oher cost (e.g. textbook, bank transfer fee, traveling costs, etc) is not eligible.
(3) Confirming the Registration Card: After we confirm your payment and completed application form, we will mail you a course registration card. Check the title of your class and classroom printed on the card.
Textbooks are available from Maruzen Book Shop on campus.
(4) Course Transfer: The course transfer is acceptable only once before the due date below. The request to transfer is NOT accepted by phone or e-mail, etc. Please come to our office and apply.

#2401, 2402, 2403: 26 October, 2012
#2404, 2405, 2406: These courses cannot be changed.
(5) Withdrawal & Refunds: All requests for withdrawal and refunds should be directed to the Center for Extension Programs. Please note: after the refunds deadline, no refunds will be given.
