2012年度春期休暇（2013年2月～3月）に開講される短期研修（ESSCA）の参加者募集受付は終了しました。
次回募集は2013年11月を予定しています。（下記は2012年度の募集要項です）

２０１２年度春期休暇中に本学協定校ESSCA:　Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales D' Angers ブダペスト（ハンガリー）キャンパスで行われる短期研修（英語によるプログラム）への参加者を募集します。
研修を修了し所定の成果を修めた者については、帰国後、単位換算の手続きをすることで、本学での学科科目もしくは全学共通科目（選択科目）への単位換算が可能となります。
　　　　
Sophia will send students to Spring Intensive Program in English at Ecole Superieure des Sciences Commerciales D' Angers (ESSCA), Hungary for academic year 2012 spring. By participating in this program and successfully completing the courses, students can transfer the credits obtained at ESSCA back to Sophia's specialized education or general studies(GS Electives) which can be counted toward the graduating requirements.

プログラム内容: Contents of the Program	英語による講義　Lectures given in English 参加学生は以下5科目は必ず受講する事　Students must be taken following courses at least ①Central and Eastern European and Politics ②Cross Cultural Management ③Consumer Behaviour ④Business Communication ⑤Hungarian Culture and Society ＊日程、内容について変更の可能性もあり。

授業時期: Classes	２０１３年２月４日～３月１５日（６週間） February 4 to March 15 (6weeks) ＊日程、内容について変更の可能性もあり。
渡航期間: Period of travel	２０１３年２月２日～３月１７日（６週間） February 2 to March17 (6weeks)
費用: Fees （昨年度実績）	約３２万円 approx.320,000JPY　（内訳）宿舎費：約12万円、往復航空運賃・海外旅行傷害保険料：約20万円 It includes accommodation fee (approx. 120,000yen) , round-trip airfare and travel accident insurance fee(approx. 200,000yen). 交換留学協定に基づき、授業料は免除。但し、国際教養学部生は、単位認定認定手続を行う際に単位分の授業料が発生します。 Tuition waiver program according to the exchange agreement between Sophia and ESSCA. However, FLA students will need to pay the tuition fee for credits at the time of credit transfer. ※上記概算は目安です。為替変動や航空運賃の変更等により料金は変動します。 The Above fees are rough estimates. These fees are subject to change depending on the exchange rate, air fares, etc.
宿舎: Accommodation （昨年度実績）	ブダペスト市内のアパートメントホテル　スタジオタイプの２～３人部屋(予定） Apartment style hotel in Budapest, Shared Studio (2or3 persons) Tentative
募集人数: Number to be accepted （昨年度実績）	１０名　（書類選考あり） 10 students　(Documentary screening will be conducted)
募集対象・応募条件: Conditions	本学学生で英語で授業を履修できる者(TOEFL iBT79点以上が望ましい) Degree full-time students(Undergraduate, Graduate) who can follow the courses offered in English.( TOEFL iBT score of 79 or above is desirable.)
申込期間等: Application period	申込期間：１１月１２日（月）---１６日（金）国際連携室窓口（２号館１階）にて Application accepted at International Liaison Office (1st floor, Bldg. No2) on November 12(Monday) ---16(Friday). 参加者は秋学期中に実施される事前プログラムに必ず出席すること。事前指導のスケジュールはこちら。 Student participants must attend orientation programs at Sophia during the Autumn semester.( schedule for orientation programs )
申込み方法: How to apply	下記提出書類を申し込み期間内に提出 Submit the following application documents during the application period. ① 参加申込書: Application form ②最新の成績通知表（Loyolaからプリントアウトされたもの）　 The most recent academic transcript printed out from "Loyola". ③英語能力証明書のコピー（TOEFL,TOEIC,各種英語検定など）　 Photocopy of English proficiency test results (TOEFL, TOEIC, etc.)
単位認定: Credit transfer	帰国後、単位換算の手続きをすることで学科科目もしくは全学共通科目（選択科目）として単位認定される。単位認定数は学生の履修するコースにより異なる。語学のコースおよびIndividual Studies（個人研究）は単位換算不可。単位換算に関するその他の条件については、「留学の手引(27P)｣を参照のこと。 Credits obtained can be counted towards the specialized education or general studies(GS electives) through the procedure of credit transfer. The number of credits given for a course differs depending on the total number of hours of the classes conducted at ESSCA. Credits earned for taking modern language courses and individual studies are not transferable. See "Ryugakuno Tebiki (27P)" for more detailed conditions regarding credit transfer. 単位認定は２０１３年春学期分として行われる。(２０１３年３月卒業予定者の単位認定はできない) The credits taken at ESSCA will be transferred to Sophia as the courses taken in the Spring Semester 2013. (For students graduating in March 2013, credits will not be transferable) 原則として、ビジネス英語およびハンガリー語の授業は単位認定対象外 Credits will not given to Business English and Hungarian language classes.
単位認定の方法: How to transfer credits	１．履修科目を学科科目/全学共通科目（選択科目）として認定できるかは事前に学科長と相談　Consult department chairperson in advance whether a course taken at ESSCA　can be transferred back as the specialized education or general studies(GS Electives). ２．帰国後、単位換算手続きを学事センターで申請（書式は学事センターにて配布） Upon return, obtain a credit transfer sheet at Academic Services Center and apply for credit transfer. ３．学科承認。単位認定(2013年春学期分として成績表に反映される） Approval by the department. The credits will be transferred to Sophia as the courses taken in the Spring Semester 2013.
