このデータベースは、「日本で働きたい、インターンシップに参加したい」という外国人留学生（ﾉﾝﾃﾞｸﾞﾘｰ学生、交換留学生を含む）の皆さんが、より自身の希望とマッチした企業と出会って、選考に参加していただくためのものです。 データベースに情報（希望職種、得意な言語、自己PRなど）を登録すると、その情報を企業採用担当者の方が見て、一人ひとりに募集情報を送ってきます。ミスマッチを避け、情報収集をスムーズに行うことができます。
This database is designed for only Sophia foreign students (including non-degree and exchange students with foreign citizenship) who seek job and internship opportunities in Japan. Students register for the database that contains information on their basic bios, language capabilities, job preference, etc. Interested companies and organizations will then contact prospective students listed on the database. By limiting the registrants to Sophia foreign students only and thus reducing a possible mismatch, the database serves as a better medium between Sophia foreign students and companies and organizations in Japan.

①学生が「登録フォーム」をキャリアセンターに送信する。
②キャリアセンターがプロフィール（登録フォームの内容）をホームページ上で公開する。
③企業がニーズの合う学生（登録者）に対する求人情報をキャリアセンターに送信する。
④キャリアセンターが企業からの求人情報を当該学生に連絡する。
⑤学生が企業採用担当者に直接連絡する。
＜※その後のやりとりは、学生の皆さんと企業担当者のやりとりとなります。ただし、状況に応じキャリアセンターが企業に連絡することもあります。＞
1: Please send your registration form to the Career Center.
2: The Career Center will upload your “profile” (your registered information) on our website.
3: Companies send job vacancies which match both their needs and the student’s registered information on our website to the Career Center.
4: The Career Center will send an e-mail to inform students that a company is interested in their registered information.
5: The student will contact the staff of the company’s human resources directly.
＜※Students will be responsible for directly contacting the company after procedure 6 and 7 above.
However, the Career Center may contact the company on behalf of students in some circumstances.＞
