外国人留学生のキャリアプランやバックグランドは一人ひとり大きく異なります。その中には日本での就職やインターンシップを希望する学生が多数います。
この度ご案内しております「外国人留学生求職者（インターンシップ希望者）データベース」は、外国人留学生個々の能力、特徴、希望業界などを公開し、採用計画のある企業様とよりよいマッチングに繋げる機会として活用して頂くことを目的としています。
具体的には、登録してある外国人留学生個人に対して、就職又はインターンシップの募集情報（求人票）を届ける仕組みとなっています。

Announcement of releasing “Data Base of Job-seeking（Internship-seeking）Sophia Students from Overseas who are not Japanese Citizens”.
Each international student has a unique career plan and a unique personal history. These plans and backgrounds differ greatly from student to student. And many of them are willing to have internship opportunities and to find employment in Japan.
In creating this database, our intention is to collect each student’s abilities, special characteristics, job desires, and similar matters. These individual employment-related factors will then be matched with the hiring plans of various companies through the connections that become active when this database is put to use．
To be more precise, through the "Connection Form," the companies can send the job offer or internship information to the specific international student of their choice.
So please look at the database. And we are grateful that companies send “Connection Form” to student whose plans, abilities and backgrounds match the company’s plans.
