キャリアセンターでは、みなさんの就職活動に合わせて必要なプログラムや講座を実施しています。就職試験では、日本人学生と同等の基準で選考されます。日本での就職を考える方は、下記のプログラムの他、一般学生を対象とした就職支援プログラムにもぜひ参加してください。
Career Center provides helpful programs and workshops to lead your job-seeking activities successful. In the job-seeking process, International students will be selected in the standard that is equal to Japanese students. The person thinking about finding employment in Japan, we recommend you to participate in our job-seeking support programs for International students which are included below and programs for Japanese students.

◇グローバル人材積極採用　学内合同企業説明会
日時：2012年7月5日＆6日　17：00～19：30
場所：図書館9階（921室）
対象：外国人留学生＆2013採用対象海外留学経験者

【2014年4月採用予定者対象（予定）】
◆外国人留学生のための就職ガイダンス　～日本での就職活動「基礎編」～
日本での就職活動のスケジュールや採用の状況、企業が採用したい外国人留学生像などについてお話します。　実施時期：6月頃
◆Job-seeking guidance for International students ~Job-seeking activates in Japan [Basic information] ~
In this guidance, we will talk about the situation of a schedule of the job-seeking in Japan, and images of international students that a company wants to recruit.
It will be hold in June.

◆就職活動スタート講座　～内定者＆卒業生によるアドバイス会～
実際に日本で就職活動に取り組んだ内定者や卒業生の話を通して、就職活動に取り組む上での何をしなければいけないのかを知る機会です。　実施時期：10月
◆Job-seeking start course ~ask for advice from alumni and senior~
The course is a good chance to gather information and real voice of alumni and senior about how to obtain employment and what will be needed to gain unofficial offer.
It will be hold in October.
◆模擬グループディスカッションセミナー
外国人留学生にとって苦手意識の強いグループディスカッションの対策セミナーを行ないます。　実施時期：11月中旬
◆Prep group discussion seminar
In the seminar, you will practice who to lead group discussion and learn the weak point for International students.
It will be hold in December.

◆自己プレゼンテーション会
自己プレゼンテーション会は、実際の面接試験を受ける前に、企業の採用担当者様の前で自身のPRをする機会です。自分の強みや将来チャレンジしたいことなどを話し、自信を持ってもらえると思います。ぜひ積極的に参加して下さい。プレゼンテーション会を迎える前には準備セミナーを開催し、自己PRの考え方やプレゼンテーションの仕方などを解説します。　実施時期：12月、2月予定
◆Self presentation workshop
In this workshop, you will have a chance to give demo self-presentation in front of HR staff in charge of recruitment. Thinking your strength and things to challenge in your future, you will be confident in yourself at real interviews.Before the workshop, there will be advance preparation course learning how to make self presentation and how to give a presentation etc.
It will be hold in November and December.

◆外国人留学生対象　学内合同企業説明会
「上智大学の留学生だからこそ採用したい」という意欲を持った企業が集まります。複数の企業の採用担当者と出会う機会です。　実施時期：1月下旬頃
◆Career Fair in English
You can meet dozen of company that eagerly hires International students in Sophia. It is a good chance to meet a number of HR staff in the same day.
It will be hold in January.

◆就職活動個別相談会
エントリーシートのチェックや、面接の練習など、職員や大手企業採用担当経験者が個別に皆さんの相談に乗ります。　実施時期：1月～4月
◆Indivisible counseling session
There will be indivisible counseling session to practice interviews or Entry-sheet emendation by human resources staffs who work for the major company and Career Center staffs.
It will be hold around January to April.

外国人留学生求職者（インターンシップ希望者）データベースについて(About “Data Base of Job-seeking (Internship-seeking) Sophia Students from Overseas who are not Japanese Citizen”.)

このデータベースは、「日本で働きたい、インターンシップに参加したい」という外国人留学生の皆さんが、より自身の希望とマッチした企業と出会って、選考に参加していただくためのものです。具体的には、ご自身のプロフィールを登録し、その内容をキャリアセンターホームページ上で企業の採用担当者が見るというものです。企業人事担当は、各個人の希望職種、業種、得意な言語などを確認した上で、一人ひとりにコンタクトをとるため、ミスマッチを避け、よりスムーズな情報収集・選考への応募が可能となります。

“Data Base of Job-seeking (Internship-seeking) Sophia students from Overseas who are not Japanese Citizens” is made for Sophia international students to find companies that mach your demands and to make your job-seeking a success. Once you send your resume and register the database, Company’s human resources staffs can see this information on line.Company’s human resources staffs can confirm information of Sophia international students (your demands, category of industry, level of language, etc) and contact indivisible students, so that would reduce arising disagreement between you and company. Also it will make your job-seeking more efficient.
