Sophia Soshigaya International House is owned by Sophia University for exclusive use by its students; it takes about 40 to 50 minutes to the University; 20 minute-walk from either Odakyu line, Seijo-gakuen-mae station, or Keio line, Sengawa station (buses are also available).
In April 2012 Sophia University opens the co-ed dormitory as an “International House” for foreign international students and Japanese students who come from distant homes; Sophia hopes that living in a community with multiple cultures and languages will enhance important aspects of human growth.

Number of rooms: for singles (15.08㎡) 320 rooms; for married couples (40.58㎡) 32 rooms; for families(56.50㎡) 10 rooms; total of 362 rooms
There is a live-in dormitory manager. Meals are not served, but a kitchen is available for shared use.
