To the seniors and students graduating from graduate school:
【ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES TO THE GRADUATING STUDENTS】
According to the announcement on the University’s website, due to the influence by the planned-power outage caused by the earthquakes, students are advised to remain at home and ensure security until Tuesday, March 22 unless there is an avoidable or urgent reason. Certificates will be issued to the graduating students during this period as follows. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters in this state of emergency.
You are kindly requested to come to the university and get the certificates from the Automatic Certificate Issuing Machine on or after Wednesday, March 23.
Students who are urged to submit the certificate to the companies or schools they will enter after graduation are kindly advised to explain them the university’s present situation and ask for arrangement to delay submission.
For those who are in urgent need for “Transcript of records and certificate of graduation”, it can be issued by the Automatic Certificate Issuing Machine from Thursday, March 17 except on holidays.
When you enter the campus before March 23, please drop in to the gate office. If you are unable to come due to transportation or other problems, you may request us to send the certificates by mail. Please inquire at the Center for Academic Affairs Academic Records Section (03-3238-3519).
Schedule regarding certificate issuance after Tuesday, March 22 will be posted on the university’s website.
