
Japanese government has announced to have the planned-power outage in Tokyo areas due to the large earthquakes on Friday, 11th of March. This measure is expected to continue after March 15, and the transportation systems in Tokyo areas will likely to be largely affected.
Students should remain at home to avoid any danger, and are advised not to come to the university campus on March 15-16 (tentative) unless you have an urgent matter. In case you need to come to campus under unavoidable circumstances, you are required to stop by at the security booth at the Main Gate.(seimon) for entrance.
・All club activities will be suspended.
・University facilities such as library and computer labs will be closed
・Cafeteria and bookshop will be closed.
・All offices will be closed.
