On Friday, March 11 and Saturday, March 12, the very wide-spread and strong earthquakes have hit many parts of Japan.
Sophia University offers our sincere condolence for the tragic loss of life as a consequence of the earthquakes.
As of 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 12, Sophia University has not received any report of Sophia students, faculty or staff being injured from this series of earthquakes.
In addition, there is no major damage to buildings of the Yotsuya Main Campus.
