
Admissions information for the Graduate Program in Global Studies. Applications are accepted twice a year; for spring semester and for autumn semester. Admissions decisions are based on documents submitted by an applicant via regular mail. In addition, applicants for the Ph.D. whose documents are positively evaluated will be interviewed at Sophia during a specified period (applicants from abroad are interviewed by telephone). There is no interview for M.A. applicants. However, prospective applicants are encouraged to contact faculty members, especially in regard to the doctoral degree. Letters of acceptance and rejection are sent out about six weeks after the end of an application period.
