SECURITY
Secured building with excellent Security System, security cameras, card key system for main entrance. No curfew. Permanent resident manager who speaks English is there for you. 
  
EVENTS
Guests who wish to organize an event for the benefit of others may consult with the managers for approval and assistance.

Please ensure that you book a flight which will arrive in Japan between 9am and 3pm (Japanese time).

REGULATIONS

Visitor Invitation of frientd and/or family should be made within the working hours of the manager in consideration of other tenants. Please submit visitor's entry notice to the manager beforehand.

Rules for living in the DK House
Garbage Separate the garbage as directed by the manager.
Prohibition
Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.
Disturbing others *DK House TOKYO NERIMA is in the middle of the residential district.
Keep quiet between 10:00pm and 7:00 am
*Do not leave your personal items outside your room or in a common area.
*Gambling games are not allowed in DK House.
Internet In case of access trouble, please contact the call center of the Internet service company by yourself.
Rearrangement of room and the furniture You may not add or change the room. If you put the hooks or nails into the wall, it will be considered as damage to the room. You may not re-arrange the furniture, paint the room, etc.
Compensation for the damage If a student damages facilities or equipment, he/she must report the damage immediately to DK House.
Repeated violation of rules If you continue to violate the rules, you may be asked to leave DK House without recompense
