News Media Policies and Shooting at Sophia University

Policies for News Media and the Use of Photographic Equipment on Campus

The Office of Public Relations, which is within the Bureau of General Affairs, has primary responsibility for media relations at the Sophia University. All members of the working news media interested in arranging interviews, attending events, or capturing images on campus must contact the Office of Public Relations for permission in advance.

Please fill in the request form and send it to the Office of Public Relations via Fax or E-mail. After reviewing your request, we will contact you whether or not we could give you permission. If you have additional materials regarding your request, please also send them.

・We do not introduce neither students nor faculty members without permission.
