What to do if your advice is sought

Please tell the victim to seek advice at the consulting office or to contact a Consultant personally. If the victim is unable to seek advice on his/her own, please accompany the victim.

The victim must have suffered alone before deciding to seek your advice, so please do not treat him/her as a troublemaker.

The victim is not to be held even partially responsible for the occurrence of the harassment. You must not blame the victim for having been careless; such attitude may cause additional and more serious harm.

You must not reveal any detail of a complaint to anyone else without the consent of the victim.
